| Energy is an important material basis for human survival and development.With the large-scale exploitation of human,the traditional fossil energy reserves are less and less,the human face is facing the increasingly serious energy crisis.As a new energy,wind power has the characteristics of clean,renewable,safe,reliable,low cost and good benefit,and has been valued by many countries.China’s wind power has been ranked first in the world,and has maintained a rapid development.But because of the randomness and intermittent characteristics of wind speed,the time variation of the parameters of the wind turbine and the complex structure of the wind turbine,the fault diagnosis of wind turbine becomes a difficult problem.On the basis of deep research on the basic theory of wind turbine,the paper discusses and studies the faults of different parts of the wind turbine based on the order analysis technique.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the present situation of the development of wind power in the world and our country,the research status of wind power fault diagnosis and the background and significance of the selected topic.(2)This paper introduces the classification and basic structure of the wind turbine,introduces the advantages and the realization process of the order analysis technique.(3)The bearing fault and the unbalance fault mechanism of the main bearing are described,and the comparison of the fault experiment is carried out by using the order analysis technique.(4)The failure mode,principle and diagnosis method of the gear box are described,and the comparison of fault experiment is carried out by using the method of order analysis.(5)The electrical fault of the generator was described,and the comparison of the failure experiment was carried out by using the order analysis technique. |
