Study On Mixed Fuel Burning And Safe Operation In CFB Boiler

Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)Boiler technology get rapid development as an efficient and low pollution clean combustion technology in more than ten years,due to its fuel adaptability is extensive.For increasing the efficiency of CFB boiler fuel and the CFB boiler deviate from design coal do not conducive to enterprise production management operation of prominent contradictions to guarantee safe operation of the boiler unit.How to carry out the mixing fuel and fuel additive may affect the safe operation of CFB boiler burning problems according to the operating mode of fuel mixing indexes optimization,,and puts forward the measures to solve these problems is necessary.the CFB ratio determination principle of boiler fuel blending was studied in sinopec system self-provided power plant(power plant),Combining practical operation experience and theoretical analysisand collecting and selecting different CFB boiler fuel blending conditions of typical operation data.At the same time,revising CFB boiler fuel indicators,include Qnet,ar 21 353~25 539 kJ/kg,Vad 18%~25% etc.and Mad ?2.5%,coal gangue less than 1% for extra index,and putting forward to safe and economic operation fuel index appropriate for CFB boiler fuel blending and coal procurement.This article also analysis and summary company's some common problems effecting the CFB boiler safe and smooth operation during fuel blending,and put forward the corresponding solving measures,such as the CFB boiler bed temperature adjustment,bed coking mechanism and control measures,water wall guard combustion zone wear mechanism and the reason analysis for slag in wind-water combined slag cooler blocking.The research implements with fuel to burn on the safe operation of CFB boiler.In boiler operation under little influence on the indicators,the CFB boiler improve fuel adaptability.It has very important practical significance and reference guidance for more fuel blending of CFB boiler's safety and optimization operation.
