| With the rapid development of Maoming power grid,the dispatching system puts forward higher reliability requirements.It’s a necessary to build a backup dispatching system to achieve system-level redundancy,remote disaster recovery.In this paper,combined with the actual operation of Maoming grid,we focus on a research on the construction of a technologically advanced,affordable,secure and reliable backup dispatching system.After the main dispatching system losing its grid monitoring and dispatching function,the backup system can quickly take over the main system’s function to complete the basic monitoring,control and operation management.The main work of this paper is as follows:This paper proposes principles of backup dispatching system construction,combined with the current status of the Maoming grid,comparatively analyze the site selection program of the backup dispatching system,establishing a off-site-standby mode and construction address(Gaozhou Distribution dispatching center)Secondly,based on the description of the functional requirements and technical requirements for the construction of backup dispatching automation system,the paper proposed a designed program of Maoming Power backup dispatching automation system,including hardware and software configuration and system architecture.Comparing the advantage and weakness of a isomorphic system and a isomerism system,it is recommended Maoming Power backup dispatching automation system using the isomorphic mode.This paper also research on some key technologies of backup dispatching automation system,such as system operation mode,control transfer policy,model and data synchronization method;A based on extended cim parameters synchronization method is proposed and its implementation is specifically described.A "micro-cloud" type integration programs,secondary system security programs and stations accessing programs are specifically designed.At last,based on the analysis of communiction channel needs,the paper designs the construction program of backup communication system of Maoming grid,like a transmission network expansion optimization,dispatching data network convergence layer upgrading,dispatching exchange network dual-star structure,etc. |
