With the rapid development of economy in our country,the electric power as the foundation of the national economy,increasingly highlights its importance.In recent years our country has been expanding its power grid,power users increased year by year,users must ensure the normal power supply.When sudden power failure,can quickly scientific scheduling is especially critical to repair.Some of the original electric power emergency dispatch system due to technical and tactical defects,can't quickly and efficiently to repair scheduling,increased the economic losses.Therefore,the research and development and efficient electricity repair scheduling system has important practical significance.In this paper,based on grid infrastructure widely distributed in the outdoor geographical features and geographical location and electrical repair scheduling process to the characteristics of large amounts of information communication,based on GIS technology,backed by GPS,GPRS and Internet technology to conduct the thorough research to the power to repair intelligent scheduling.First of all,based on GIS electrical repair overall structure of the intelligent scheduling system design,system can be divided into electric power emergency scheduling monitoring center,GPS vehicle-mounted system,repair experts GPS intelligent terminal and wireless networks are four parts.Of the process of detailed design system,and then separately for each part function analysis and design,system implementation need to be determined as an important issue.In detail in the paper research the key technology in the system,including extraction,dynamic network topology map matching,power failure intelligent positioning,concurrent fault repair scheduling aided decision-making,breakdown van optimal path planning and transport more supplies and personnel of the optimal path planning,detailed design and its implementation algorithm process,lays the foundation for the implementation of the intelligent scheduling system.Secondly the location of each mobile terminal for the realization of the system and information communication between each subsystem,the design of GPS positioning program flow and GPRS wireless communication process.As the core of the system control center,is divided into basic information management system,geographic information management system and emergency monitoring scheduling system of three parts,respectively do the function module design and program flow design.GIS part adopts SuperMap and embedded GIS eSuperMap as a development platform,combined with GPS technology,efficient design breakdown van monitoring and navigation software,and intelligent terminal based on Pocket PC software.The system integration of GIS,GPS,GPRS and Internet technical advantages,scientific design of the scheduling scheme of breakdown van,personnel,repair equipment,repair scheduling system with intelligent,wide coverage,localization speed,high precision,data transmission,the secrecy good,improve the efficiency of electric power to repair.
