| With the rapid development of China's economy, power industry as the basis of the national economy, increasingly highlights its importance. In recent years, China's power grid continues to expand the scale, and electrical users have increased year by year.So electric power department must protects the users's normal supply of electricity. When sudden power failure appears, quickly scientific dispatching being carried out seems to be particularly critical. Due to defects of technique and strategy, some original dispatching systems can't be carried out quickly and efficiently .This will increase the economic losses. Therefore, research on efficient electric emergency reparation dispatching system has important practical significance. Based on the characteristics of widely outdoor distribution of power grid facilities, the need of geographical locating and large number of information exchanges, this paper studies on intelligent dispatching system of electric emergency reparation with GIS, GPS, GPRS and Internet technologies.Firstly, this paper designs the architecture of GIS-based intelligent dispatching system of electric reparation. The system is divided into four parts, the emergency reparation dispatching centre, the GPS vehicle-carrying system, the GPS intelligent terminal of emergency repairing expert and the wireless communication network. The paper has the detailed design of the system operating processes, the functional analysis and design of evry part. And it also identifies the important issues of the system.The paper analyses the key technologies roundly,including the vector storage of geographic information, the topology extraction of network, GPS coordinate transformation, dynamic map matching, power failure intelligent location, the repair dispatching support decision of concurrent failures,the process monitoring of rescue vehicles, the optimal path planning of vehicles and the optimal carrying path planning of experts.It detailedly designs the algorithms and processes and lays the groundwork for the intelligent dispatching system.Secondly system realizes the geographical locating for mobile terminals and information exchanges between subsystems. The paper designs the processes of GPS locating and GPRS wireless communication. As the core of the system, dispatching centre is divided into three parts,including the basic information management system, the geographical information management system and the reparation monitoring and dispatching system.The paper respectively designs the functional modules and process flows.The GIS system uses the SuperMap and the eSuperMap as the development platform.With the GPS technology, it efficiently designs the rescue vehicle monitoring and navigation software, as well as the Pocket PC-based intelligent terminal software.The system integrates the advantages of GIS, GPS, GPRS and Internet technologies; scientificly designs emergency repair dispatching method of rescue vehicles, personnel, equipments .And the system has the characters of intelligence, covering a broad area, high locating speed and precision, good confidentiality of data transmission and high efficiency. |
