With the development of economy and changes in the real estate situation,elevator industry has been increasingly competitive.And elevator safety and low cost become important weapons.Of those,regenerative energy release module design of elevator control system is directly related to elevator safety.So,protection design of the release loop is necessary.The lack of protection design of the release loop or poor design,may cause regenerative brake resistance burning of the release loop in severe cases.Based on the reality of the situation,this project researches regenerative energy release module design of elevator control system,and designs a safe and reliable plan of regenerative energy release module used in elevator control system.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,puts forward the problems in the use of regenerative energy release module,designs for regenerative braking and regenerative energy of the elevator,and briefly introduces the research status of the regenerative energy release module at home and abroad.The safety and reliability of the regenerative energy release module and the urgency of reducing the cost are discussed.Secondly,Analysis and Research on the regeneration energy release module by combining with the working principle of the elevator control system,which determines the strategy to the selection of various devices.It also analyses the key technologies in regenerative energy release module design of elevator control system.Thirdly,An optimized design of regenerative energy release module is presented,including selection of module main circuit device,design of the control circuit and guard circuit,design of main circuit such as power calculation of the release loop in detail,selection of IGBT,lifetime calculation.Design of the control circuit such as the driving circuit,bus voltages detecting circuit,on and off stoppage in the release loop,and over current faults of the guard circuit are also included.Finally,the optimization design of the regenerative energy release module of the elevator control system is completed.And then,thermal simulation was carried out by QFin thermal simulation software,and the heat of IGBT was verified.Through the Psim software to build the circuit simulation model,the simulation results verify the feasibility of the design control strategy.Finally,according to the calculation analysis and Simulation of the design objectives,the whole elevator test was carried out.Through the DL750 oscilloscope as a tool,we get all the key output waveform.Experimental results show that the design of the module improves the function of the protection of the release loop to ensure the safety and reliability of the circuit,to solve stoppage in the release loop and fire accident caused by brake resistance burning.Moreover,this design is safer and more effective at relatively low cost.
