With the development of industrialization and urbanization,there will inevitably bring a lot of fire hazards.When the fire happens,especially the fire in high buildings,the fire fighting and rescue is difficult,and to rescue workers is also difficult.Therefore,raising the safety performance of high fire engines is very important which includes the work of the shaking,the smoothness of the action,the reliability of device relating to the safety limit and limit position deceleration protection,the fighting bucket leveling response speed and leveling accuracy.According to national standard GB7956.12 "Fire Truck Part 12: lift high fire truck" has specified the relevant requirements for the above performance of the fire engines.But at home and abroad,a performance testing system for fire engine is lack.In this thesis,based on the above requirements,the following research and development of the system are carried out for the safety performance testing system.1.A sensoring system is designed for the data collection of the performance testing system of fire engines.The system is composed of MPU6050,laser sensor,wireless communication sensor and single chip microcomputer,which is used to collect the data during the movement of fire engine.It is mainly responsible for collecting the length of the boom in the movement of the whole boom,the angle of the boom,the inclination angle of the working bucket and the acceleration in all directions after a certain working height which is exerted by the external force.In order to ensure the transmission speed and transmission distance,this thesis uses two WIFImodule through wireless router networking to form a transparent serial port path by WIFI wireless point-to-point connection of such networking.The data packet goes through the sensoring system via WIFI module Router,and then goes to the WIFI module and arrives at the PC-side with the UART port.This would be a good guarantee of collection efficiency.2.This thesis designed a host softare system for the performance testing system of fire engines,which consists of the following 7 main modules: 1)3D interactive module: This module requires the use of 3Dmax to construct 3D model.In Untiy3 D,C # script is used to control the model,which involves the camera module,data display module,arm frame,and motion module.The 3D interactive module is used to achieve real-time display of live movement.2)Communication module: This module is designed to receive the Real-time data packets for analysis,storage and interface display.Due to the lower machine acquisition speed and the slow speed of the action to be dealt with,this thesis adopts a multi-threaded technology.3)Waveform display module: This module uses the Lab VIEW control to develop and display indicator waveform.4)Background processing: This module uses different vehicles,different operators to choose test waveform to analyze.5)Report module: This module shows the performance parameters of the fire truck boom.6)Denoising module: This module designs the signal matching wavelet basis.The de-noising and fusion calculation for the data collected is carried out,and the actual index after de-noising is got.As the collected data may have a lot of glitches,in order to get more accurate waveforms,filtering algorithm is needed.In this thesis,threshold denoising method is used to denoise the length signal and the angle signal respectively.In the test of working bucket amplitude,it needs the second quadratic integration of acceleration,and the filtering requirement is relatively high.So we use 9/7 wavelet basis to obtain better results.7)Test module: Based on the obove six modules,the thesis designs this module to test the 4 performances of the fire engine.This module includes limit deceleration test,the bucket leveling test and work bucket shaking experiment:(a)limit position deceleration test: to detect the decay of the speed of the specified height.(b)work hopper leveling test: do detection in the whole boom up to the height of the work process for the angle of change.(c)the work of the rocking range of the experiment: the work by the impact of external force result in all directions of the size of the rock at certain height.(d)working height and horizontal amplitude test :The experiment needs to detect the height of the fire truck,and the boom in the horizontal plane projection distance.In addition,the database is designed according to demands,including the main user information table,test information table,test data table,and vehicle information table.3.The thesis implemented the hardware and software of the performance testing system for fire engine and tested the system.The testing results show that the the performance testing system for fire engine designed in this thesis meets the requirements of the design.
