Application Of Broken Petrochemical Technology In The Cement Concrete Pavement Reconstruction Project By "White To Black" Method

The cement concrete pavement is widely used in our country because of its advantages and low cost in the early highway construction.However,as the number of the cement concrete pavement serviced year and the traffic volume increased,especially the overweigh vehicles,various disadvantages appeared which had bad influences on the service ability of the main road.Therefore,it is urgent to reconstruct thoroughly the old cement concrete pavement with appropriate technology and construction methods.Firstly,in this paper,we analyzed the factors which affect the improvement of the project quality,based on the survey of G107 from Qingshanpu to Ansha about the natural environment,the climate characteristics and the elements of the current highway such as the grade standards,traffic composition and traffic volume.Then,we got the conclusion that effected the choice of the transformation plans such as the long rainy season and abundant rainfall climate conditions,heavy traffic and more freight cars.Secondly,based on the survey of the natural environment,the climate characteristics and the current situation,we made scientific and comprehensive testing and evaluation of the highway technical state of G107 from Qingshanpu to Ansha with modern non-destructive testing methods like FWD,GPR and so on.Through the analysis and study on the causes of common cement concrete pavement diseases,and combined with the conclusion of highway testing and evaluation,some treatment measures for road diseases of this project were proposed,according to the relevant norms,the reconstruction technology at home and broad and specific conditions of the project.According to the analysis of advantages and disadvantages and adaptability of the current black transformation scheme of cement concrete pavement,combined with characteristics of the G107 from Qingshanpu to Ansha,we proposed a quality improvement plan that covering with layer of asphalt after resonated crushing.And it is proved that this project fully meets the requirements of quality improvement after implementation.
