The road traffic accidents has become one of the main social problems,especially the consequences caused by the roadside traffic accidents are the most serious.The basic guarantee of roadside traffic safety is to take certain protective measures,anti-collision guardrail is one of the most effective measures.Nowadays the construction quality control of the anti-collision guardrail is an important guarantee for the guardrail function realization.The construction quality control study of the anti-collision guardrail is currently lack of enough attention in an empirical summary stage.Therefore,the author take the traffic safety facilities construction project of Lin He to Bai Geda(Gansu-Inner Mongolia junction)section in Beijing-Urumqi road program as an example,and summarize road highway anti-collision guardrail construction experience for many years,and discuss comprehensively the construction quality control of the anti-collision guardrail.The paper is based on the comprehensive analysis of the function,structure and mechanism of anti-collision guardrail,constructed the quality management control system of highway anti-collision guardrail from the construction quality control aspect,which includes the organization system,standard system,technical system,material guarantee system,testing data control system,working procedure system,document system,education system of the anti-collision guardrail construction quality control management.Then the paper introduces the construction technology of wave beam guardrail,cable guardrail and concrete guardrail according to the anti-collision function influence from functional requirements,anti-collision mechanism and construction quality aspects,adopts causality analysis method,discusses the key points in geometry,materials and installation of wave beam guardrail,cable guardrail and concrete guardrail,propounds the control measures.The author use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to investigate the weight of quality control on common wave beam guardrail;discusses the rationality of part quality assessment indicators by combining with the main evaluation index of anti-collision guardrail according to the construction quality control and weight.The application in construction shows that the research results have a certain of guidance and practical significance for the construction quality control and improvement of the highway anti-collision guardrail.
