Valves used in nuclear power plant which occupies very important position in the equipments of nuclear power station in the nuclear industry development,play a very important role to a nuclear power plant's normal,safe and reliable operation.In the nuclear power station,the use of valve is very large,so the reliability of valve products should not be ignored.The pressurizing system stop valve is a component of normal operation,belongs to nuclear safety class 1.The valve is intended for fulfilling the function of closing the pressurizing system injection line in case of failure to close(failure to seat)of the control valve installed in sequence with the given valve.Normally the stop valve is open during proper operation of the control valve.More and more countries began to attach importance to the reliability of the valve at present,and the reliability as important valve equipment research and development of an evaluation index at present.And domestic valve factory for reliability in the use of the valve also belongs to the blank stage.Therefore,developing Nuclear Class 1Motor-operated Bellows Globe Valve's reliability is necessary.This article will use the method of reliability analysis to find out potential failure or the failure mode of the valve,collect the valve components reliability parameters and test data,and estimate the reliability parameters of the valve.According to the valve reliability analysis,based on the prototype evaluation test,demonstrate the reliability of the valve which can satisfied the requirements of the specification.In this paper,first of all,according to the typical structure of the pressurizing system stop valve,analyze its possible failure modes.Then,establish the CCH figure,by which the valve reliability calculation procedure can be elicited.Finally,calculate the reliability of the valve.This method of valve reliability calculation has great significance to evaluate the reliability of the valve,understand the valve reliability of change and reliability centered maintenance management.
