The abundant mineral resources reserve on the moon is of great strategic significance to the sustainable development of human civilization.With the deepening of the lunar exploration project in China,manned lunar landing project has been included in the agenda,one of its main tasks is to carry out deep lunar drilling,obtaining the lunar geological structure,to provide the basis for the base of the lunar base.In this paper,the research on deep lunar sampling technology is carried out.By comparing the lunar sampling and detection tasks of the United States and the former Soviet Union and other countries,for 5 meters of lunar sampling target,to determine the multi-pole aeesmbly drilling program.By comparing the analysis of soft bag sampling and double rod double helix sampling,to determine the pneumatic sampling scheme.The feasibility of the sampling principle is verified by the theoretical analysis and EDEM-FLUENTL simulation.On the basis of the above scheme,the structural design of the pneumatic multi-pole aeesmbly deep lunar drilling device is carried out,including the key components such as feeding mechanical mechanism,rotary mechanical mechanism,clamping mechanism and turning mechanical mechanism,and processing,assembling the principle of prototype.The development of the control system of the pneumatic drilling system was carried out.Integrated host computer,servo unit,detection unit,etc.,to build a control hardware platform.Based on the x PC-Target toolbox in Matlab,the control software platform is set up.The control system can realize the real-time control of the feed motor,the rotary motor,the clamping motor and the turning motor,and the measurement of the driving parameters such as the driving torque and the feeding force.Principle of prototype debugged in the Mechatronics,carrried out multi-pole assembly experiment and pneumatic sampling experiment.Testingg the function and performance of the prototype.The reasonableness and feasibility of the pneumatic drilling method are proved,it for the implementation of the technology laid a solid foundation.
