Research On Design Of The Top Space Of Contemporary Super High-rise Building

The top space occupies a signaficant position in super high-rise building,it is not only the important functional space,but also the characterization of the building.As the city develops to the sky and the human needs develops to diversity,the top space of contemporary super-high-rise building shows multi-open trend.The top space not only plays the role of shelter and accommodate the equipment,but also becomes the high-altitude place of sightseeing,tourism and entertainment.It is an important symbol of city spirit and regional culture as well.Therefore,the functions of space continue to enrich,the quality of environment gradually improves,the image of space pursues innovation.In this context,we need to re-examine the design method of top space of super high-rise buildings and remodel its contemporary connotation.This paper focuses on the present situation of the times,and makes a deep analysis of a large number of examples at home and abroad,summarizes the design method of the top space of super high-rise building.The paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter poses the problem,defines research background,research object,research method,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation.The second chapter analyses of the problem including the composition,characteristics and contemporary trend of the top space of the super high-rise building,which provides the basic support for the further research.The third,the fourth and fifth chapter are the core chapters of this paper,selecting three main aspects of function,environment and image to research.The third chapter,from the perspective of functional integration,proposes that the plane layout should be effectively transformed,the vertical sequence should be organized rationally and the free space should be used efficiently.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of environmental optimization,proposes to create a physical environment suitable for weak wind and appropriate sunlight and a psychological environment suitable for scenery and feeling of sky.The fifth chapter,from the perspective of image innovation,proposes to create organic space form to reveal architectural logic and to descript cognitive contours to two strengthen visual impression.This paper hopes to excavate space value,make use of the space characteristics,and meet the needs of the times through exploration the design method of the top space of contemporary super high-rise building.The paper hope to bring positive significance for the development of architecture and city,and provide new ideas for the future super high-rise buildings’ top space design.
