The connections of beam-column members are the key to prefabricated construction and earthquake resistant behavior of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame.Currently,in order to improve the integrity of the connections of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure, engineering often uses cast-in-place beam-column joints. However, the development of prefabricated reinforced concrete frames is seriously restrict in this way.To address the problem of connections of prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column members, this paper proposes a steel-connecting method, using joist steel to connect beams and columns directly, taking advantage of connections of steel beam-column members. The main contents of this thesis are listed as follows:(1)Chapter one enumerates the situation of application of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame structure and current forms of beam-column joints of prefabricated reinforced concrete both at home and abroad.(2)A new type of beam-column steel-connecting method of prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with joist steel is proposed, taking advantage of connections of steel beam-column members. Then structure analysis and design are carried out,and the design method of prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-column joints with joist steel connection are put forward.(3)The mechanical performances of the test specimen of a prefabricated joist steel joint are analyzed under monotonic loading and low cyclic loading using finite element method. And a cast-in-place concrete joint are analyzed in the same way to make a comparison.(4)The parameter analysis of the flexural capacity, length, height of joist steel is carried out with variable-controlling approach. And the crucial parameters of prefabricated joist steel joint are summarized for the reference of other researchers. |
