The scale of China's urban central heating is becoming larger and larger,which puts forward higher requirements for the safe operation of the heating pipe network.The analysis of hydraulic condition and energy consumption in the central heating system has important guiding significance for guiding the smooth operation and safe operation of the heating pipe network.Especially in the context of energy saving and emission reduction in the implementation of building heat metering,the independent regulation of the heat users for the entire heating pipe network operating conditions need to be carefully analyzed and studied.In this paper,Ji'nan city heating network and household heat metering area as the research object,studies and analyzes the related hydraulic and energy consumption situation.According to the two consecutive heating period of household metering heating energy consumption data in 2013~2014 and 2014~2015 of first experiment court and second experiment court,this paper analyzes the energy consumption change of each user in self-regulation.The first experiment court's residential heat users(not stop hot)the measured results show that the heating units in the range of relatively concentrated heat users,heating users in the proportion of the recommended consumption index range is 50% ~ 80%;we have analyzedthe effect of different positions on the heat consumption of the heat consumers,and the result shows that energy consumption of west pediment and heat consumers near the west side is lower than that of the east side,especially the energy consumption in bottom area of a single building is largest,and top area the second.Every thermal indexes of second experiment court are lower than energy-efficient design thermal indexes,to some extent,there are still some margins for energy-saving in heating design of buildings.In addition,we also analysis Building 13 with relative building energy simulation software,and contrast with the actual heating data.Heat metering method make it possible to distribution hearing according to user's needs,Users regulate flow depend on themselves,it must change the flow of heating system and influence the hydraulic conditions of pipe network.In this paper,we use the HacNet hydraulic calculation software that simulate The hydraulic conditions of the two-level network of Ji'nan city,according to the user's consistent regulation,some users who have the same adjustment and independent adjustment,we study the pressure distribution of the two-level network,the change of flow,pressure head and so on.Results show that,under different regulation modes,user's pressure and flow who come from different places have different changing degree.It has greatest influence on the end of the pipe network,especially in independent adjustment,different adjustment schemes are different for different users.On the basis of above analysis,based on the experimental data of the first experiment court heat metering as the basis of self-regulation,the change of the hydraulic condition of the secondary network is analyzed,and the change rule can be referenced by the heat supply enterprise when the actual operation plan is specified.Modeling and simulation are conducted with Ji'nan first level net in simulation system of heating net TERMIS,three typical heating in the corresponding heating season in early cold period,alpine period and late cold period under three conditions by hydraulic loss and heat loss.The simulation results indicate that there is a period of leave in charge of the pressure drop,end the water pressure is too high the phenomenon of the hydraulic disorder.Especially the autonomic regulation of a district heat metering user,in the TERMIS system can be clearly seen through the end of heat change experiment pressure and hydraulic diagram.Using the EMS energy analysis subsystem collects analysis on the pipeline energy consumption data: heat transfer station instantaneous heat consumption of large waste of energy,showed the presence of Alpine daily heat peak and a large number of values of said heating network operation is not stable,daily use of heat in mid November and mid March the following year produced by thermal peak.The thermal index is used to measure the instantaneous heat loss of the heat source and the heat transfer station,and the comprehensive evaluation of the energy consumption of the heating network shows that the instantaneous heat consumption exceeds the thermal index.The existence of these phenomena,the entire heating system in the running process should be avoided.
