Shearing machines,as one of blanking equipments in automobile factory,have become more and more important along the development of automobile industry.The blanking process in modern automobile factory has been automated and its efficiency has been dramatically improved more than the conventional blanking process' s.The automation,Intelligence,Flexibility and High Speed will be the Mainstream Development Trend of future blanking process.This article designs the stacking step in blanking process and changes it s current dependence on manual operations to standardize the stacking step and improve the efficiency of the whole blanking process by effective co-operation with other steps.On the aspect of mechanical design,the mechanical structure design of stacking device is completed by the combined application of three-dimensional modeling and conventional structure design.The three-dimensional modeling applies the global-to-local method,which first completes the design of primary support structural parts,then designs the subsidiary structure with the experiences of conventional design under the assembling circumstance.Such design method has more directly visual control over component structures and avoids the interference between components.At last,the whole structure design is verified and corrected and optimized by the finite element analysis.The selection of hydraulic and pneumatic system,the hydraulic and pneumatic operation solution is based on the actual working requirements of the equipment to confirm the hydraulic and pneumatic solutions.The hydraulic system and pneumatic system,as the necessary parts of integral equipment,work with electrical one together for automatic control.The module design on hydraulic and pneumatic system has separated designs on power sourcepart,controlpart,and auxiliary part for optimal combination.On the aspect of electrical system design and component selection,the PLC control system,which is commonly used in the industry,is the carrier.The interlock circuit composed by the external relays and execute components ensure the safety during operation.The universality is considered in the design and more flexibility during blanking process is one of important content in the electricaldesign.Via the installation and commissioning of the equipment,the issues can be discovered and solved and the mechanical structures will be improved further for the automatic loading and unloading of the plate materials.It has been verified by practice that this design improves the pr oduction efficiency,lowers the labor costs of the company,has better reliability and availability and achieves the expected design purpose.
