Bidirectional reflectance distribution function is used to describe the surface spatial reflectance of different materials.Nowadays,it is used in aviation, aerospace research, surface scattering characteristics of targets in remote sensing, medical, computer machine in many fields such as image processing. With the development of space technology, the research on the characteristics of the various materials in space scattering spectrum becomes more and more important. This paper mainly explores the bidirectional reflectance distribution function based on the solar spectrum before and after injury were analyzed.Spectral analysis of solar cells before and after damage BRDF,and the reason of change. To sum up,to carry out the experimental effect of laser irradiation on the surface scattering characteristics of solar cells in this paper, combined with the bidirectional reflectance distribution function The principle and method of scattering spectrum analysis. The main research contents of this paper is as follows:(1)Study the interaction between laser and matter and scattering spectrum theory, study the measurement principle and measurement method of bidirectional reflectance distribution function and data analysis method.(2)By using the BRDF analysis method, collected two before and after damage to solar cells scattering spectral data, using the relative measurement method and selection of PTFE standard whiteboard as standard board, two before and after damage to solar cells in BRDF.(3)Do a comparative analysis of changes of BRDF solar cell before and after injury,BRDF spectra of monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon solar cells after injury were lower than before the injury, but the difference spectra of BRDF polycrystalline silicon solar cells before and after damage is more obvious. In order to analyze the influencing factors of BRDF changes.Measurement of two kinds of solar cells in the wavelength range of 400 nm~800nm before and after the damage of the total reflectivity,BRDF after injury is weaker than before the injury, surface damage, the damage leads to the increase of the absorption rate of the band.Further measurement of the SEM of the material proves that the change of the surface structure, the damage morphology and the recrystallization particles are the intrinsic reasons for the change of the scattering properties.
