As the society is more and more high to the requirement of power quality and power supply reliability,the traditional transformer preventive test and regular maintenance of equipment maintenance method are more and more restricted and the state overhaul is gradually pushed.Gases dissolved in transformer oil online monitoring technology realizes the function of real-time monitoring of transformer,providing reliable data to support online prediction of the residual lifetime and online assessment of running status of transformer.Electric power equipment maintenance personnel can realize remote data query,data analysis diagnosis and other functions through the background of controller of on-line monitoring system.It is extremely important to the transformer running state monitoring and evaluation.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research significance and the present situation of the dissolved gas in transformer oil online monitoring and fault diagnosis technology and analyzes the mechanism of gases dissolved in transformer oil,the corresponding relationship between gas content and internal common faults of transformer.It is introduced in detail that the basic structure,working principle and key technologies to realize on-line monitoring of the dissolved gas in transformer oil online monitoring system.Then by on-line monitoring system of dissolved gas in Dongguan as the research object,this paper introduces the current operation situation of the system in Dongguan city,by comparing the performance of the on-line monitoring systems used by different manufacturers and fault handling conditions,assessing their advantages and disadvantages and the problems existing in the routine maintenance of the system one by one,this paper gives the treatment recommendations,analyzing the case of on-line monitoring system of dissolved gas run abnormally in Dongguan.By this case,it expounds the on-line monitoring technology in the role of transformer state overhaul,illustrates that the real-time online monitoring technology can easily monitor the development trend of transformer faults.Finally,a prediction model of the dissolved gas concentration in the transformer oil is established,which is based on the historical monitoring data of the monitoring system,using the vector regression regression algorithm to carry out vector regression training on the existing monitoring data to realize the prediction of the concentration of the gas in the transformer oil and fault warning.It is an optimization of the on-line monitoring system for dissolved gases in oil,which can improve the efficiency of fault handling and is of great significance to engineering practice. |
