The operation reliability of the power transformer as the key equipment in electrical power systems,influences operation security of electrical power systems directly.The components and contents of gases dissolved in transformer oil can be used to reflects internal insulation faults of operating transformer.Dissolved gas analysis(DGA) method has been widely applied in power system,and become effective means of diagnosing power devices.The actuality and outlook of on-line monitoring technology of gases dissolved in oil are analysed deeply,the current applications of on-line monitoring of gases dissolved in oil are researched deeply.The research works are shown mainly as follows:Through analysis and research of the on-line monitoring technology of gases dissolved in oil based on F46 high-molecular permeability film and MQ-sensor which H2,CO,CH4,C2H4,C2H2,C2H6 are detected,the requirements of sensitivity and stability can be meeted on-site.In particular the detection sensitivity of acetylene can reach 1μL/L.Through research of the on-line monitoring technology of gases dissolved in oil based on photoacoustic spectroscopy,the advantages and anti-interference measures of photoacoustic spectroscopy are analysed.By comparing with On-line chromatography and infrared spectrum,good development prospect of photoacoustic spectroscopy are showed with its advantages of reliability,stability and sensitivity.Through research of the on-line monitoring technology of gases dissolved in oil based on thermal conductivity technique,good performance are showed at the aspects of data stability and sensitivity.However,there are many interference factors by entironment,its long field running is still further to be surveyed.Through research of exsiting on-line monitoring technology of gases dissolved in oil and comparing these systems,this paper presents a practicality evaluation system of these systems and the application prospect of these systems are analyzed.
