Economic development,electric power first,with the rapid economic development in Guangdong Province,the Pearl River Delta region will face a large number of power grid infrastructure.The Pearl River Delta region are mostly in the plain area,for soft soil,soft soil,the area is large,high pore thickness ratio,high water content,high compressibility,low strength.In soft soil area,the construction of substation,the foundation will be poor stability and settlement of problems such as the impact of the quality of the project and the normal use of the substation,often causing significant economic losses.Therefore,the construction of substation foundation in the region,will face a large number of soft foundation treatment works.Soft foundation treatment is an important measure to solve a series of diseases that affect the safe and reliable operation of the substation.Vacuum preloading is a kind of soft foundation treatment technology developed on the basis of vacuum preloading and surcharge preloading in recent years.The principle,construction technology and effect of the vacuum preloading combined with pre pressing to deal with the soft soil foundation are the main concerns of the engineering technicians and researchers.The research on the disease of the safe and reliable operation of the transformer substation by the combination of vacuum and surcharge preloading can provide useful reference and guidance for solving this kind of disease.Therefore,this paper combined with the engineering practice of Guangzhou Panyu District 220kV substation of soft foundation treatment,field test and test results,the application of vacuum preloading in soft foundation treatment in transformer substation are discussed,the main research work are as follows.(1)to collect domestic and foreign research data about vacuum preloading method to deal with soft foundation,to understand the current situation and development direction.(2)by comparing with the vacuum preloading and surcharge preloading,the principle of vacuum preloading method to reinforce the soft foundation of substation is deeply analyzed.(3)combined with the engineering example,and according to the substation construction characteristics,the paper puts forward the construction technology and characteristics of the vacuum surcharge preloading combined with pre pressing substation soft foundation treatment.At the same time,the vacuum preloading technique in soft foundation treatment of substation on-site testing research,analysis of vacuum and surcharge surface under the combined effect other aspects of the evaluation and verification of the effect of soft foundation treatment.(4)the analysis of vacuum preloading treatment results,the advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation show that the method is a kind of soft foundation treatment of substation is technically reliable and economically reasonable ground treatment methods.The study shows that the vacuum preloading has the double effect of vacuum preloading and surcharge preloading,it is a kind of economical and technically feasible treatment method of substation of soft foundation,effective measures is to solve a series of diseases affecting the safe and reliable operation of the substation.
