Axis alignment for hydro generator sets maintenance is one of the most important technical process. The quality and accuracy of axis alignment will affect the stability andreliability of the the units directly during operation in the future. At present, the traditional method of axis alignment is still rely on the round 8 points pause measurement and manual analysis, this measurement error is large, the reasons analyze is larger subjectivity, with a larger adjustment error and the efficiency is low. In this paper, we have researched and developed a survey and analysis system for continuous measurement of axis and automatic analysis of the results, which improve the above problems in the traditional axis alignment.(1) The calculation formula of pendulum and the method of axis measurement are analyzed, and the formula for calculating the pendulum degree of an umbrella is optimized.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the traditional hanging unit turning principle,calculation formula and swing axis adjustment method,analyzing the difference between umbrella units and hanging units, give full consideration to the umbrella type turbine guide between the measuring point and the mirror plate distance, and summarizing the analysis formula of net thrust pendulum the degree of flange of net swing and water guiding net swing,swing to reduce the calculation error.(2) Optimize the data collection method and processing algorithm.In order to realize the synchronous sampling in the process of the stopping or stopping unit,it provid a pseudo-synchronous acquisition method of A / D chip based on the controllable channel fast scan is proposed to achieve the required synchronization sampling index. We have designed the external analog signal conditioning and key phase angle signal generation circuit.At the same time, an algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the problem of accurate calculation and high point to determine directly, the two methods achieved the desired results through simulation, which were applyed in the automated axis alignment measurement and analysis system software.(3)The system of automatic barring measurement and analysis was applyed in the engineeringpractice and application system.The automatic disk measurement system is applied in the practice of hanging and umbrella sets, and the data processing and axis adjustment of the disk is in accordance with the requirements of the specification. This system has certain application and further research value.
