In recent years,with the rapid development of urban rail transit,the coverage of urban rail transit has been greatly improved,and people ’ s traffic life has become more abundant.Rail transit plays an increasingly important role in urban system.Six-axis articulated vehicle is a unique marshalling form of urban rail vehicles,which has the advantages of light weight,small vibration,low noise,small turning radius and easy to reduce the floor height.It is suitable for various terrains,and will be more and more applied in the future.However,there are few related studies on this type of vehicles,especially the calculation theory of vehicle wheel,axle load and spring adjustment,which still has huge room for improvement.The six-axis articulated vehicle has a special structure,and its articulated part is much complicated,Due to the lack of accurate processing of this part by the existing theories,large calculation errors will occur;this article takes the six-axis articulated vehicle as the research object,first analyzes the structure of the vehicle,and establishes the vehicle based on the actual load-bearing structure of the vehicle Mechanical model.After that,the method for solving the statically indeterminate structure based on geometric constraints is explained in detail;finally,the accuracy of the method is fully verified by the simulation of multi-body dynamics and the weighing test data,and compared with the current mainstream methods.the other part is the theoretical research on spring adjustment calculation of six-axis articulated vehicle;Firstly,the spring adjustment calculation model of six-axis articulated vehicle is established based on the combination matrix theory,and then the simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to optimize the calculation.After comparative analysis,the simulated annealing algorithm is finally selected as the spring adjustment optimization theory of the vehicle.In the last part,the software for the calculation of vehicle wheel,axle load and the calculation of spring adjustment is developed.Based on the calculation theory of the first two parts,a calculation software suitable for engineering application is developed with Delphi as the programming tool.Functions include : reading data from Excel files,Access database support,vehicle marshalling calculation mode,calculation report generation,self-adjusting spring adjustment calculation mode,which can effectively improve production efficiency and solve practical engineering problems. |
