With the continuous development of automotive electronics, scientific and technological level is also increasing, people for the function of the car is getting higher and higher, heavy trucks are no exception.In order to maximize the liberation of the hands, people hope that heavy trucks have many features like modern cars very much, so that driving easier and more relaxed.The integrated wiper and lighting intelligent control system designed in this paper allows the driver to drive on rainy days without consideration of the questions,such as when to open the wiper and what kind of stalls to use.It can also understand the four driving modes automatically adjust the type of light, which for heavy-duty truck safety driving has great significance.Firstly, based on the research progress of automobile wipers and lighting control, this paper designs a kind of rain induction sensor based on infrared reflection.The system using 940nm infrared LED light source, with the principle of total reflection, through the photoelectric detector to receive the light intensity signal to distinguish the size of the rainfall.The MC9S12XS1281MAL single-chip microcomputer is selected as the master chip, and the wiper motor is precisely controlled by the input of the light intensity signal and the incremehtal PID control method.Next, it discussed the four commonly used lighting modes: default lighting mode,expressway lighting mode, corner lighting mode and urban lighting mode lighting characteristics.It also established four kinds of lighting mode lighting control mathematical model,and with MATLAB for simulation analysis.The system controls the headlamp angle in the cor lighting mode by changing the vehicle speed and the steering wheel angle, and designs the control circuit based on the Ackerman principle.Then,the article designs a wiper and light control system circuit.The entire circuit includes Freescale microcontroller minimum system, voltage conversion circuit, voltage amplifier circuit,motor drive circuit, etc.The light part is collected by the photodetector detected by the light intensity signal, and then collect the steering wheel angle and vehicle speed sensor information.According to the three data to determine the car headlamp lighting mode, it implements a complete adaptive headlamp control system.Finally, the experimental platform has been built. After several tests, the results shows that the wiper control system can be able to control the speed of the motor according to the intensity of the rain sensor.When the external conditions are different, the system can correctly distinguish the four lighting modes, thereby enhancing the safety of driving.
