Bar stores(also known as Bar warehouse)is primarily used for large storage warehouse.For these reasons,it must have large storage and work space.In other words,the structure must meet the clearance requirements.Its efficient use of space is trapezoidal cross-section shape,working space envelope close to arc.The length,width,and height of the bar stores structure based on general layout,material storage height and meet bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer working requirements.The characteristics of bar warehouse structure is long,high,covered wide area.In consideration of these structural characteristics,the double-layer cylindrical latticed shell structures became the preferred structure.Double-layer reticulated shell is a superiorperformance of spatial structure.because of the curved-shaped grid structure,existing frames and inherent characteristics of thin-shell structure,reasonable force,and can span large spaces,is a superior performance of spatial structure.Now,the bar stores span in 80 to 120 meters,mainly used in the power plant's coal storage.In this paper,as the backing of CAOFEIDIAN port coal wharf bar stores construction.The research content from the construction technology of comparison to the determination of construction scheme.In addition,it' s the first time application in the domestic ports.Ordinary bar warehouse installation is very common,but in the process of installation across the stacker and belt machine is extremely rare,this project uses the "lifting installation started cross,combined with high bulk method" construction technology,fully considering the site conditions,the risk coefficient is low,short construction time,saving construction cost,effective solution a bar across the warehouse stacker and belt,as a model for similar engineering construction.At present,the project has been completed,this construction method which this paper researched,guidance of the entire construction process effectively,and make sure the works accomplish safely and smoothly,it achieved good social benefits.
