The Realization Of Electric Car Seat Position Detection And Rapid Adjustment

Nowadays,a wide range of vehicles are equipped with electric seats,seats test is critical part of the production of it.After the test,workers of factories adjust the position of seats to national standards so that it meets other production processes of cars.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper propose a calculation of arguments transformer.We can obtain coordinates of combination mechanism from coordinates of outline of seats by the calculation.Factories furnish four laser sensors to detect the posion of seats' front and back,the height of cushion,incline of seat's back.The combination mechanism of seat contains slide mechanism,crank rocker,oscillating-guide-bar mechanism and recliner.Parts of combination mechanism affect and contact mutually in the process of position adjustment,and it makes the process difficult.The calculation of arguments transformer are based orthogonal coordinate transform,and it can link the internal mechanism and exterior contour of seat.The calculation make position detection simplicity.(2)With modularity,the calculation of arguments transformer can convert the input signals of Adams to output signals of MATLAB/Simulink.Co-simulation system are setted up basing on the transfer module,it can confirm the algorithm's effectinveness.(3)This paper,with the algorithm of conversion,present a new testing and adjusting scheme,and then design a testing and adjustment system.This system are applied on the assembly line,and it contains detecting part,lifting subsystem and actuator subsystem.Detecting part is used collecting the positon signals of seat,actuator subsystem is used driving the seat switch,lifting subsystem is responsible to lift actuator subsystem.Results verify the feasibility of the calculation of arguments transformer and the testing and adjustment system of seat.
