In recent years,electromagnetic launch technology has developed dramatically since it can be applied to ship-borne weapons,roadbed anti-tank,space and other fields.The armature speed is one of the important considerations of the electromagnetic launch effect.The accurate measurement of the speed of the armature during the movement of the shaft is of great significance to the research of electromagnetic launch technology.Based on the principle of B-probe velocity measurement,the simulation model of the automatic velocity measurement system in the bore is established,and the hardware and software system of the automatic speed measurement system in the B-probe chamber are built.The system is tested and compared with the simulation to verify the feasibility of the design of the system.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,the significance of the research to the electromagnetic launch technology and the velocity measurement in the electromagnetic launch chamber is expounded.At the same time,the shortcomings of the existing B probe applied in velocity measurement are summarized,which urges the existence of a system of comprehensive automatic velocimetry to the armature in bore.Secondly,the movement of armature in bore and the principle of B probe are analyzed theoretically.The mathematical model of the velocity and the induced voltage of the electromagnetic launch chamber are established respectively.Methods of detecting the velocity of the probe and the time interval of the over-probe are proposed.The mathematical model is simulated and the speed measured by the velocity measurement method is in contrast with the system speed waveform,the coincidence is good.Thirdly,based on the principle of B probe,the automatic vibrating speed system is built.Considering the characteristics of good consistency and easy installation ect that probe is required by multi-probe array speed measurement,self-made PCB probe is used.Hardware system composed by PCB probe and PCI1714 data acquisition card which features fast speed acquisition as well as multi-channel synchronal data acquisition was assembled.Visual C# is taken as the development platform,and to develop our data acquisition card secondary.Then the interface is established according to the functional requirements.The automatic speed measurement system within the hardware and software structures is completed.Finally,the debugging and testing of the automatic velocity measurement system based on the B-probe are carried out.The test data and the simulation results are compared and analyzed.These results indicate that method put foward in our research is correct,and the automatic velocity measurement system can be used as an effective approach to measurement of velocity in electric chamber of actual launch test.
