With the advancement of economy and technology,with the market to increase the degree of disturbance,customer demand for personalized and buyer market demand segmentation,mass customization production came into being.In the mass customization mode,the product configuration is a typical product design method,the method shorten the product development cycle to meet the individual needs according to divide different classification standards and deform local size or structure for production.Complete set of electrical equipment is the typical industry in mass customization,which faced with the pressure to meet the individual needs.Low-voltage switchgear cabinet is a production in complete set of electrical equipment industry,the composition principle of the cabinet which meets the demand of product configuration.For this reason,the low-voltage switchgear cabinet needs a complete set of product configuration method.This paper based on low-voltage switchgear cabinet configuration methods and researched,the research main included the following aspects:Firstly,this paper studied the design characteristics and naming of low voltage switchgear,presented a set of methods for the division and description of the functional components of the switchgear cabinet,described the combination principle of the functional module,achieved the same functional components of the different types of modules and developed the rules of the cabinet configuration constraints.Secondly,researched on the product configuration of low-voltage switchgear cabinet.Firstly,studied the method of configuring the cabinet based on the instance class,defined the expression method of the instance class index,established the instance class configuration model,given the matching algorithm of the similar instance and verified the feasibility of the algorithm by an example.Secondly,based on the design rules of cabinet product configuration,put forward the method of product configuration based on rule class.The rule model is divided into functional layer,constraint rule layer and component model layer and combined with rule configuration method established the configuration model,used the configuration example verifying the feasibility of the rule configuration.Thirdly,aimed at the unique structural characteristics of the switchgear cabinet products,put forward the parameter-driven configuration method.Based on the principle of size constraint between the low-voltage switchgear cabinet structure unit and the three-dimensional modeling software,established the product configuration model which based on parameter,verified the configuration model accorded using a functional components of the roof unit plate.Fourthly,summarized the configuration characteristics of the actual work process,it is impossible to finish a variety of customer needs by using a single product configuration,proposed a configuration method of cabinet based on hybrid class and established the configuration model.Thirdly,developed the acquisition and conversion process of customer demand in the configuration of cabinet products.Summed up the characteristics of customer needs in the acquisition and conversion process.Established the acquisition process of customers.According to the specific cabinet products,decomposed the customer's needs,divided the unit size and designated the expression form for the technical and non-technical needs.Designed the calculation method of the non-technical demand factor of the customer.Finally,designed and developed the low-voltage switchgear cabinet product configuration system.The system is divided into two functional areas: product configuration management and product configuration design based on cabinet product configuration principle and the actual design process,developed the software internal function module development and designed the interface.
