Nowadays,with the rapid development of economy and the explosive growth of the city population,the city to speed up construction has become a necessary means to solve the problem of the city population,the high-rise and super high-rise buildings in city construction accounted for a large,use a large number of tower crane in the construction of these buildings.For the tower crane driver,climbing tower crane is not only a high demand for physical strength,but also have a lot of psychological pressure.In order to facilitate the staff climb up the tower crane,reduce work intensity,enhance personal safety and psychological safety,improve work efficiency,install auxiliary equipment in the tower crane to help stuff,has a very important practical value.Therefore,this paper is supported by a project raised by Chongqing University and a company,develops a electric climbing aid for tower crane,the vibration behavior of the hoisting system during the climbing process are analyzed,and calculation and analysis of the impact force on climbers caused by the swaying of the tower crane under special wind load.The main contents are as follows:(1)Two design scheme are proposed according to the design requirements and original parameters.Design and selection of related parts for this two scheme,and the prototype model is established.(2)The existing control methods for wind power tower climbing aid are analyzed.Developed a control system for climbing aid,and selected suitable frequency converter and programmable logic controller.(3)The method of establishing the biodynamic model of human being is introduced,a single degree of freedom dynamics model is used to describe the climbing process of man,and the dynamic model of the lifting system is established,combined with the specific structural parameters of QTZ25 tower crane,the dynamics behavior of the lifting system and the center of the climber are obtained by Matlab simulation.(4)The transverse vibration model of the climber is established under the condition of six and nine wind loads,combined with the specific structural parameters of QTZ25 tower crane,the maximum impact force caused by special wind load on the climber is obtained by Matlab simulation,it is proved that the use of the climbing aid is helpful to improve the safety of climbers in the wind.According to study of this subject,it can provide reference for development and dynamics behavior and climbing safety under special wind load study of Electric Climbing Aid.It has certain theoretical value and practical engineering significance.
