In recent years,the central and local construction standardization work has been gradually strengthened,and achieved some success.However,there are still many problems in the implementation of the mandatory provisions of engineering construction standards.According to the information provided by the Ministry of housing,the construction quality and safety accidents occurred in recent years,the vast majority are due to violation,not to implement or not strictly enforce the mandatory standards of construction projects.Therefore,it is important to carry out the mandatory provisions and improve the quality of the drawing of the design unit,you can avoid the potential problems in the construction.As a kind of information technology,BIM(building information model)has been widely used in china and received extensive attention in china.Aiming at the problem of government and design units in implementing mandatory provisions,the paper proposed “the research on supervision and implementation of mandatory provisions based on BIM”,through the construction of supervision system we can achieve the mandatory provisions of information supervision in the construction industry.Through the model automation standard inspection,we can achieve the supervision of mandatory provisions.The core and innovation of BIM model code checking is the use of BIM model information and mandatory provisions,so models information extraction and structured expression of provisions(rule set)is the focus of this research.Combined with the analysis of the "construction and application of information model and standard" and mandatory provisions,the author change the mandatory provisions into rules according to the provisions with different constraints,different time constraints and different locations constraints,namely structured expression.The specification is then processed into a language that can be understood by the computer,and the Excel table is used to store the mandatory provisions.Finally,the data obtained from the Excel is saved to the SQLite database through data conversion program.With the aid of the programming environment Microsoft Visual Studio,the SQLite data development library and the Revit API development interface,the canonical data and model information are extracted.After that,the extracted data is handed over to the corresponding logical expression for calculation and the output is reported.Finally,a 3D model is set up in Revit to verify the feasibility of the system.The intuitive inspection results provide efficient technical support for the review agencies and designers and practical value for the promotion of information industry supervision.
