Abstract/Summary:
With the support of national policies and the development of low-carbon environment,China wind power industry has been rapid development.Gearbox is the top priority of wind turbine,its structure of the lightweight and high-power,as well as the performance of high reliability and long life,has become a breakthrough in technological areas.Especially the application of flexible pin makes the optimization analysis of gearbox become more important.The focus of this paper is to reduce the weight of the flexible pin structure of the wind turbine gearbox.Firstly,the important size parameters are optimized on the basis of analyzing the performance of flexible pins.The planetary gear train with flexible pins are regarded as a whole system.According to the design rules of wind turbine gear box,the structural constraints are surmmarized.Using the genetic algorithm in MATLAB software to do lightweight optimization design for the flexible pin structure.Compared with the original design,the new scheme has a certain advantage,and the design meets the technical requirements of wind turbine gearbox.secondly,the failure modes and characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox are analyzed and evaluated,the high failure rate units is determined,and the reliability evaluation model of the flexible pin system is established.Using the linear weighting method,the weight is assigned to the volume and reliability of the flexible pin system,and finally a new mathematical optimization model is formed.Combined with the penalty function,the optimization model is solved,and the optimal solution is obtained which reduces the volume and improves the reliability.Finally,Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the reliability model of flexible pin system.The distribution of the stress and strength of the gear meshing,and the sampling distribution are simulated.Displays the sampling distribution and the reliability of the flexible pin system is calculated.Compared with the calculation results of the mathematical model,the correctness of the reliability model is verified.
