| With the rapid development of China civil aviation,the increasing demand for pilots,the lacking-number of the pilots is becoming increasingly prominent,has become one of the restricting factors of domestic civil air transport industry development.The training of pilots is a high input business field,which not only makes the burden on airlines too heavy,but also affects the efficiency of training pilots.How to reduce the operating costs of commercial trainer becomes the focus of the industry.The maintenance cost of commercial trainer accounts for a larger part of the direct operating costs,through the optimization of commercial trainer maintenance interval,can effectively reduce the aircraft maintenance costs,and is conducive to the reasonable operation and maintenance plan of the aircraft,reduce downtime and improve the utilization rate of the plane.In this paper the basic theory of maintenance,such as common failure mode,maintenance mode and maintenance idea,is introduced.On the basis of the above combined with the corresponding maintenance methods and strategies,the commercial trainer parts preventive replacement,structure detection,hidden fault inspection as a specific object of studying,to analysis the trainer maintenance optimization problems of three maintenance modes,such as hard time,on condition and condition monitoring.The maintenance strategy for the preventive replacement of commercial trainer is introduced.Considering the spare parts inventory situation,the joint optimization model of replacement interval and spare parts inventory is established;Taking into account the high cost of the life time part,the optimization model of the replacement interval is established;due the commercial trainer structure’s incompleteness detection,Goranson detection probability model is improved,the crack detection probability model based on time is proposed,establish the aircraft structure maintenance interval optimization model with inspection interval and first inspection interval coefficient as the optimized variables,maintenance cost per time as objective function.Aiming at the hidden fault of the commercial trainer,the optimization model of the hidden fault inspection interval is established.the optimization model was computed by MATLAB,the impact on the optimization results of the maintenance interval and the change trendthrough were analyzed by changing of the parameters in the model,through comparing it with the actual maintenance practice to verify the correctness of the model,and shown that the maintenance interval optimization model has certain reference value for the maintenance enterprise to determine the maintenance interval of the commercial trainer. |
