Research On Preventive Maintenance Decision Of Expressway Asphalt Pavement

With the economic development,my country’s highway construction gradually changed from a large-scale construction stage to a maintenance stage.In the past,highway maintenance was carried out after corrective maintenance after highway damage.However,this maintenance method requires high maintenance costs and requires large-scale construction.Therefore,the maintenance effect is better and the maintenance cost is lower.Sexual conservation has gradually become the focus of domestic research.Preventive maintenance refers to the selection of appropriate pre-maintenance methods for targeted maintenance when the degree of early disease on the road is relatively small.This maintenance method uses very little manpower and material resources to achieve a very good maintenance effect.At present,preventive maintenance technologies at home and abroad are becoming more and more mature,but there are still a series of problems such as unclear maintenance index system and difficult to determine the performance curve of preventive maintenance benefit cost method.This paper has studied these problems.This article refers to relevant domestic technical specifications,combined with physical engineering data and domestic and foreign research results,through comprehensive analysis to establish the index system of preventive maintenance.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of asphalt pavement performance,studies the prediction method of the gray theoretical model,and takes a high-speed measured data in Liaoning Province as an example to verify the applicability of the gray theoretical model in the prediction of asphalt pavement performance.The selection of the best time for sexual maintenance provides the basis for the selection of the program.Analysis of the calculation method of the benefit cost method,the key to calculating the benefit cost is the selection of performance curve parameters,a large number of domestic solid engineering data has been collected,and the performance of PCI indicators and IRI indicators at the micro-surface maintenance measures is obtained Performance model parameter interval.Taking a high-speed measured data in Guangdong Province as an example,the optimal maintenance time analysis was performed by selecting multiple sets of parameters to verify the correctness of the parameter interval of the performance model obtained by the study.
