With the rapid development of civil aviation, the flight safety has been got more and more attention.Scientific aeroengine fault diagnosis and maintenance is one of the key technologies for the safty operation of the airlines. At present, most of the civil aviation engines are produced by the western developed countries, the control characteristics and design parameters of the aeroengines are not fully known by us.That makes it difficult to carry out economic and effective engine fault diagnosis and maintenance for engine operating units.Since the 90 s of last century,China's civil aviation aircraft are equipped with the QAR data recording device, and accumulated a large number of data resources and fault cases. If those resources can be fully utilized,it will be positive to improve the level of our country's engine' faults diagnosis and maintenance.Surge fault is harmful to Aeroengine, that is a serious threat to flight safety. This paper analyzed the occurrence mechanism of surge phenomenon and the anti-surge rules.Emphatically studied the PW4077D's 2.5 engine bleed valve opening degree regulation law.Based on 30 flights QAR data, established three flight segments' 2.5 bleed valve's regulation model using SVR method. After intensive research on aero engine surge characteristics, put forward surge fault recognition method using OC-SVM;the surge fault recognition model was formed using PW4077D's historical surge fault data collection. The actual QAR data test result proved that the above models reached a high degree of accuracy.this paper is of great reference significance for aeroengine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.
