Statistics show that human error in the cockpit is the main cause of aviation accidents,which accounts for more than 60% of the cause of the accidents.The correct operation of the flight crew is an important guarantee for the safe operation of civil aircraft.improving the operational reliability of the operating team can further reduce the occurrence of human errors during the operation of the cockpit.Therefore,starting with the reliability of the operation of flight crew,the study of the reliability of Civilian aircraft cockpit has been carried on.On the basis of comparative research on the reliability of the model at home and abroad,combined with the operating cognitive behavioral process in the cockpit,to study the cognitive failure modes and causes of the operation of the flight crew members and analysis.By using G1-DEMATEL to improve the weight calculation method,the weight of each index of cognitive failure mode was revised.On the basis of the flight crew personnel reliability analysis and building flight crew behavior framework,the reliability analysis model of cognitive action of the flight crew is established,which is called sensation,perception,decision plan and action(SPDA).Through the study of SPDA Model Performance Factor(PIFs),extracting from factors that affect the reliability of operating,using the Delphi method to determine the 39 factors influencing the flight crew.Combining PIFs to the cockpit operation process of the common performance conditions(CPC)to complete the correction process and be amended to specifically determine the right model SPDA events weight.And then determine the total weighting factor of the cognitive operation event sequence in the SPDA model.Finally,the reliability of the operation task is determined based on the basic failure probability and the total weight factor of the operator in the operation event,thus the quantification of the error probability of the operation event sequence is realized.In the last analysis example,during operating process of flight crew,error mechanism is analyzed using SPDA model,and operational reliability is quantized.In the final analysis examples given SPDA step model and calculation methods of reliability.Taking for the example of an airline cockpit crew perform a handle-bit engineering instruction on aB737-800(B737.GZ.99121R2 "Operation of flap lever 1 to gear 3"),the application of the SPDA model is verified.In view of the complexity of the operating system,it is needed for continuous improvement and supplement of the model in order to provide guidance ideas and methods for operational error management in cockpit. |
