In recent years,the application of lithium-ion batteries is more and more widely.However,lithium ion battery thermal runaway caused by all kinds of frequent accidents,safety issues highlighted.Air transport of lithium batteries in the event of thermal runaway consequence will be unimaginable.As a result,air transport lithium-ion batteries safety problems need to be solved,urgently.This paper carried out different quantity,different quantity,different arrangement of lithium battery burning experiment with water mist fire extinguishing experiment,deepen the understanding of lithium battery fire,master,analysis the reasons of inducing lithium battery thermal runaway water mist suppression mechanism of lithium battery fire transported by air.The Fluent software and PyroSim-the FDS software,the simulation method of combining that joint detection alarm temperature preset value and scale of water mist suppression experimental air lithium battery fire recommended water consumption,and the automatic control program is based on the temperature real-time detection of writing,constitute a set of inhibition of the automatic control system of air fire lithium-ion batteries.The research results show that water mist can effectively restrain the lithium battery fire;Joint detection alarm temperature preset values range from 46.3 ? to 46.3 ?;In 4 l/min flow rate,injection speed 30 m/s,spray cone Angle 60 ° under the condition of water mist suppression experiments of air water fire recommended interval lithium-ion batteries 243 ml to 591 ml;Using MAX6675 module acquisition for K type thermocouple detector signal method can real-time detect lithium battery temperature in fire,of a complete set of detection alarm linkage hydraulic automatic control system successfully suppressed the airlift lithium battery fire.The linkage of the design based on the real-time temperature detection alarm hydraulic automatic control system has the high evaporation rate,less water consumption and the advantages of the alarm accurately,and realized the purpose of inhibiting airfreight lithium battery fire.This system can provide a solution for the problem of air transport lithium-ion batteries,as a reference.
