In this paper,a new type of testing machine is designed to detect the impact resistance of the coating on the metal matrix or other materials under the impact of the instantaneous impact.The test machine is studied in this paper by the carrier to descend to super large ships,fixed stop hook in vehicle tail hook moment of arresting cable,blocking hook on the coating on the flight deck of the impact force based on the mechanics model is established on the landing process and carry on the analysis,numerical solution a collision impact force generated by the.According to the direction and range of the impact force,the basic parameters of the main components of the test machine are determined,and the relationship between the lift height and the determined parameters is obtained according to the dynamic equation.The vibration mechanics equation of the test-bed is analyzed,and the longitudinal and lateral stiffness of the flexible support is analyzed,and the optimum value of the stiffness is determined.First of all,combined with the working principle,the testing machine works and has determined the component parameters,respectively for reducer,motor,clutch,brakes,bearing calculation,design and selection,and draw out the impact testing machine design elements using three-dimensional drawing software Pro/E,and the establishment of a three-dimensional complete model.At the same time,the mathematical model is solved by MATLAB software,the relationship between the impulse at the time of collision and the angle of collision,the friction coefficient of the test piece,the quality of the pendulum and the pendulum,and the total length of the pendulum system are analyzed.Secondly,using ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench the key components of the detection system of the static analysis,analysis of pendulum system test and the moment of collision occurs,the overall deformation and equivalent stress components of the stress strain diagram,and analysis of equivalent stress components in the direction of the stress strain diagram.And to evaluate the analysis results,the evaluation results can be used as a basis of improving the detecting system of credentials.Impact testing machine in order to prevent the occurrence of resonance in the design of anti shock performance test,this paper uses the modal module ANSYS in Workbench frame of impact testing machine designed by modal analysis,analysis of the results of the first ten order and affect the interception of the frame part is most serious,the maximum deformation of the main comparison order type of vibration,and the results were analyzed and evaluated.Thirdly,using finite element analysis software to analyze the flexible support of the buffer part of the detection system,the overall deformation,equivalent stress and strain and safety factor are obtained.The analysis results show that the safety factor is too small and the safety performance is low,so it is necessary to optimize the diameter of the spring wire and improve the safety factor.Finally,ADAMS software is used to analyze the maximum impact force of the pendulum system of the impact testing machine in the X and Y directions under the different elevation angles.The impact force obtained by theoretical analysis is compared with the theoretical analysis,and it is found that the impact force errors in different directions are within 5%,which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
