The air circuit system is one of the core module of new sweeper,mainly by the dust suction port,gas transmission pipeline,dust removing device,garbage collection box and fan,the structure design is reasonable or not directly related to the suction performance of vehicle.Therefore,it is of great significance for the structural design and simulation optimization of the air circuit system.This paper takes a new sweeper as the research object,the design and optimization of the air circuit system model sweeper structure analysis,put forward the co simulation method to analyze the whole air circuit system using CFD technology,which can effectively avoid the component optimization considered separately while ignoring the overall structure of the optimality of error can be caused by.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the working principle of the new sweeper,waste grain sucking mechanism,on this basis,the key parameters and the overall layout of the vehicle is determined,completes the overall design scheme of sweeper structure.At the same time,this paper focuses on the design of the hydraulic circuit of the whole vehicle to meet the technical requirements of the disc brush retractable,lift up and the sprinkler can be opened and closed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the physical characteristics of the new sweeper,discusses the critical speed of the different working objects and the suspension speed in the vertical transmission pipeline.The results show that the diameter of 10 mm gravel required maximum starting speed is 15 m/s,the critical suspension speed is 25.3 m/s;at the same time taking into account the particles and the wall friction loss,determine the required air actual flow rates were 30 m/s,50.6 m/s.Thirdly,the paper analyzes and discusses the key factors which affect the air cleaning system,such as the dust suction port,the gas pipeline and the garbage collection box.The design principle of the air circuit system structure based on the initial structural parameters determined: sweeper sweeper nozzle length is 800 mm,the width is 300 mm,the height is 60 mm;the gas transmission pipe diameter is 162 mm;the garbage collection box length is 1200 mm,the width is 1400 mm,the height is 900 mm.Then the 3D simulation model of the air circuit system is constructed by using the 3D modeling software CREO.Finally,with the help of IC EM and FLUENT,the flow field characteristics of the gas path system model are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the vortex structure is easy to form in the initial air circuit system.Based on this,this paper designs two sets of air circuit system structure optimization scheme,and carries on the simulation analysis of the flow field characteristics of the optimization scheme.The results show that:Scheme two(the structure of the vacuum cleaner with gradient transition,the increase of the spoiler and the expansion of the exit of the garbage collection box structure)can significantly improve the air circuit system inside the vortex phenomenon,improve its absorption performance.
