| The pollution of the environment and energy problems have become an increasing concern,urging people to keep the new technology will be applied to the car,in order to reduce emissions,save energy,CVT as the ideal transmission device,can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of the car,more and more researchers’ has pay attention to it.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the metal V-belt transmission are introduced in detail.Secondly,the hardware in the loop simulation technology is discussed,and the hardware in the loop simulation technology platform,simulation principle and the main application direction are introduced in detail.The focus of this paper is to improve CVT hardware in the loop simulation test bench of the traditional,will be small power motor instead of the traditional test bench of engine or electric motor,a small power electric closed test bench,save test cost,and focuses on the analysis of the small power electric closed test bench in analysis feasibility of transmission power characteristics and transmission efficiency,and the main component part of the test bench for modeling.Based in the small power structures of the closed test rig,the first power characteristics test is carried out.The results show the power loss of CVT system is mainly related with the ratio and system of the hydraulic system,is almost independent of the speed,speed can be ignored influence factors;and is found in the efficiency test,transmission efficiency CVT main torque and speed ratio and the driving wheel,the same speed has little effect on the transmission efficiency of CVT system,also can be ignored,the law can be summarized as the CVT in overdrive(when the transmission ratio is less than 1),the torque loss of CVT is obvious the larger,the transmission efficiency decreases obviously,and when the drive CVT ratio is greater than 1,the transmission efficiency and torque loss system is basically not affected by these factors,maintain Stable。 Finally this paper analyzes the energy saving potential of CVT,the basic power according to the test results,mainly from three aspects of system pressure and speed,pump speed,and puts forward the control strategy based on optimal overall efficiency optimization speed,the force slip rate control to reduce the pressure of the system,the use of electric pump instead of reducing three a method to achieve the speed of pump CVT energy-saving direct drive pump,simulation of three kinds of energy saving method shows that the transmission efficiency of three energy saving methods steplesstransmission increase weight were 3.2%,5.8% and 2.4%,and discussed briefly the comprehensive energy saving method,if at the same time using two or three energy saving method,efficiency is not a single energy saving method of the energy saving effect and increase the amount of simple product,the simulation results show that if you use the slip rate control and electric Oil pump two kinds of energy saving method,the transmission efficiency is increased by 7.2%,if at the same time the use of these three kinds of energy saving method,energy saving potential of up to 9.8%.This paper only analyzes the driving power characteristics and energy saving potential way unchanged in the transmission mechanism and hydraulic,to further improve the economy of CVT is structure design of its optimization. |
