| Bearing capacity is one of the important elements to ensure the security of large-scale crawler crance lifting job.This article is to simplify the crawler crane into two adjacent rectangular uniform load acting on the foundation,through the finite difference software FLAC3 D,simulate the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation under the action of adjacent rectangular uniform load,explore the effect of the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation under adjacent rectangular uniform load,and make the numerical analysis of the bearing capacity of foundation under adjacent rectangular uniform load after hardening treatment,explore the growth regularity of ultimate bearing capacity of foundation by the increasing thickness of filled gravel cushion,and analyze the failure mode of double-layered foundation.The work of the article and the relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the assumption of the crawler crane crawler’s ground pressure distribution,the formula for calculating the specific pressure of the crawler belt on the left and right sides of the crawler crane is obtained.(2)For homogeneous foundation,under adjacent rectangular uniform load,the ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation is rarely affected when load sizes of the left and right sides are not the same,which can be negligible;The failure modes of the foundation under the action of adjacent rectangular uniform loads are the overall shear failure,when the left side of the load is zero,the sliding surface of left and right sides is symmetrical on the foundation damage,and has obvious linear section and spiral section;When the left side of the load is not zero,the sliding surface shape doesn’t change,but the sliding surface size of left and right sides changes,sliding surface of both sides is no longer a symmetrical distribution,influence depth which close to the left side load is larger than the other side,and for the opposite side,the relative influence width is longer.(3)For double-layered foundation after refill,under adjacent rectangular uniform load,there is inflection phenomenon of “ladder” shape in the p-s curve;the ultimate bearing capacity of foundation has been dramatically improved,when the thickness of the gravel cushion layer is within 1m,with the increase of gravel cushion layer’s thickness,the ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation increases linearly;main failure modes of the foundation are overall shear failure and local shear failure,when the thickness of the gravel cushion layer is small,the foundation local shear failure occurs,when the thickness of gravel cushion is over a certain range,the foundation overall shear failure occurs. |
