In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,buildings are also developing in the direction of higher and deeper,followed by more and more larger and deeper foundation pits,different foundation pits surrounding environment and load action are different,temporary material stacking,construction pile,temporary buildings will cause changes in the load around the foundation pit,additional loads and changes in the surrounding complex environment will have a great impact on the safety and stability of the foundation pit.When designing the foundation pit project,the impact of adjacent building loads and different external load factors on the safety and stability of the foundation pit is crucial.Based on this background,this paper uses the numerical simulation software Midas GTS to simulate the influence of building load and different external load factors on the deformation stability of the foundation pit under the background of the actual project of the post and telecommunications building project,combined with the regional characteristics,finds out the deformation law and analyzes the cause,and finally compares and analyzes the modeling results with the actual engineering monitoring results.(1)Taking the actual project as the background,the load of residential buildings about 20 m away from the edge of the foundation pit is selected as a reference,and the numerical simulation software Midas GTS is used to simulate the deformation law,displacement size and horizontal displacement of the soil of the foundation pit under layered excavation,compare and analyze the load action and the no load action,and analyze the reasons behind the deformation law.(2)Using the numerical simulation software Midas GTS,the influence of different load position changes,different load magnitudes and different load depth changes on the deformation stability of foundation pit engineering was simulated,and the soil deformation and pile deformation under different working conditions in different excavation stages were analyzed and summarized.When the load distance is close and the load is large,the change of load factors has a great influence on the deformation of the foundation pit and the supporting structure.(3)Finally,the actual monitoring data of the foundation pit project of the post and telecommunications building is analyzed,and part of the monitoring data is extracted and compared with the numerical simulation results,the similarities and differences between the two are analyzed,and the possible reasons behind them are explored,and finally reasonable support suggestions are put forward for the existence of additional loads around the actual foundation pit engineering construction.
