An With the rapid development of economy,the consumption of primary energy keeps growing in China.In order to prevent damages produced by consuming fuel and reduce carbon emissions,our government is now increasingly supporting renewable energy in architectures.Ground source heat pump system is a way of using renewable energy,it according to the inverse Carnot cycle principle,the soil of the constant temperature and building indoor heat exchange,especially has good effect on energy saving and emission reduction in winter。A number of existing projects with ground source heat pump system,for which energy saving principle has been well explored.However,how to evaluate its saving efficiency as well as effects on economy and environments are still not solved problems.Based on author ’ s own experience for DaTong project,this paper investigates several problems and the contributions are the following:By investigating both local regulations and energy conditions and analyzing the architectural characteristics of DaTong project,this paper proposes a few of systems of HVAC energy options.Based on local climates,the annual load characteristics and the geological characteristics of the project location,we screened out two potential methods,and compared them in terms of energy-saving,economic and environmental benefits of the evaluation.By analyzing the saving principle of heat pump and the influence of changes in temperature of the high temperature side and the low temperature side on the energy efficiency of the system,we conclude a equation to calculate saving rate,which can be used for comparing the ground source and the air source heat pump。At the same time,using the temperature frequency method to calculate the annual energy consumption of the two schemes,and convert it into electricity consumption,and compared the result.It was found that the ground source heat pump system compared to the air source heat pump can save more energy.Following the principles of engineering economics,we assess two potential plans with both static and dynamic evaluation metrics.We discover that although the ground heatpump requires higher initial investments,whenmeasured by NPV absolute value,the ground heat pump system is still the better scheme.Finally,by calculating the two schemes of carbon equivalent emissions and conerting it into the social willingness to pay,we evaluated the environmental impact of the two schemes.We found that,compared with air source heat pump and municipal heating system,ground source heat pump system has less carbon emissions,less impact on the environment.It is still the better scheme.In this paper,by analysising three aspects of energy saving,economic evaluation and environmental impact assessment,we ultimately get the best HVAC energy scheme suitable for this project.Hope to provide the evaluation method and referenc for the future application of ground source heat pump system or renewable energy.Promote the application of renewable energy in the construction industry. |
