The recycling of building waste has become an important issue in today's society and the recycled concrete technology provides the orientation for the recycling of building waste.The problem of anti-shear behavior of bond-interface between old and new concrete is often encountered in the repair and strengthening of concrete,while there are several studies about the anti-shear behavior of bond-interface between old and new concrete of the recycled concrete.If recycled concrete is widely used in the future,the anti-shear behavior of bond-interface between old and new concrete will become an important factors.There are a large amount of factors on the effects of anti-shear of bond-interface,the process of anti-shear is complicated,so I do some experiments and analysis about anti-shear behavior of bond-interface between new and old recycled concrete.The main content is as follows:(1)Shear experiment of Bond-Interface of new and old recycled concrete are presented through 24 specimens,in which the influences of several important factors on bond mechanics property are discussed,such as artificial chiseling on bond-interface,artificial chiseling and planting steel bar on bond-interface,artificial chiseling,greasing and planting steel bar on bond-interface,the anti-shear principle is analyzed in these experiments.(2)Experimental study on shear bearing capacity of old and new interface under various operating conditions are presented through the recycled concrete 108 specimens,in which the concrete strength grade,planting bar interface rate,the replace rate of recycled aggregate are as the variables.The shear-displacement curve under various operating conditions was analyzed,through which the influenc e of different factor on the shear bearing capacity of the interface is summarized.Base on the research about the curves of shear-shear displacement,the formula of the ductility coefficient is defined in order to reflect deformation capacity about anti-shear of bond-interface between old and new concrete under planting bar.The proposed model and formulas for the bond-interface between new and old recycled concrete are proposed.(3)The anti-shear behavior numerical simulation of new and new recycled concrete was carried out through ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Combined with the experimental results,the influence of the steel bar implant on the interface was analyzed,and the results of the experiment and simulation were compared,the effect of planting steel bar on the shear performance of the interface was verified...
