The layered steel fiber recycled concrete makes full use of the advantages of steel fiber,and at the same time recycles the waste reasonably,which expands the source of building materials,which is green,economical and environmentally friendly,and has good promotion value.In this paper,the basic properties of layered steel fiber recycled concrete and matrix concrete are studied and compared through experiments.The influence factors of the factors and the mechanism are analyzed,and the significance of the factors is discussed.The main contents are as follows:The related performance tests of the base concrete were carried out,and the influence rules and mechanism of the water-binder ratio,the replacement rate of fly ash and the replacement rate of the recycled aggregate on the properties of the base concrete were studied.Studies have shown that the water-binder ratio is the main factor affecting the mechanical properties of the base concrete.As the water-binder ratio increases,the slump increases,and the compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength decrease rapidly.;The replacement rate of recycled aggregate is the main factor affecting the slump of the matrix concrete.As the replacement rate of the recycled aggregate increases,the slump,compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength have different degrees.Decrease;the substitution rate of fly ash has little effect on the performance of the base concrete.As the substitution rate of fly ash increases,the slump increases,and the compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength decrease.The performance test of layered steel fiber recycled concrete was carried out,and the influence rules and effects of water-binder ratio,fly ash replacement rate,recycled aggregate replacement rate,and steel fiber volume ratio on the properties of layered steel fiber recycled concrete were studied.Mechanism,the mechanical properties of layered steel fiber recycled concrete and matrix concrete are compared and analyzed.The research shows that the water-binder ratio is the main factor affecting the performance of layered steel fiber recycled concrete;the replacement rate of fly ash and the rate of recycled aggregate has little effect on the performance of layered steel fiber recycled concrete;the volume ratio of steel fiber It has a great impact on the mechanical properties of layered steel fiber recycled concrete;the incorporation of steel fibers improves the compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength of the base concrete to varying degrees,which greatly improves the plasticity and integrity of the base concrete.The best volume ratio of layered steel fiber recycled concrete steel fiber is 1%.The significance of the influence of the layered steel fiber recycled concrete and the matrix concrete was determined.The analysis shows that the water-binder ratio has a significant effect on the slump,compressive strength,split tensile strength,and flexural strength of the concrete;the fly ash substitution rate has a significant effect on the compressive strength of the base concrete,and affects other concrete properties.Not significant;the effect of the replacement rate of the recycled aggregate on the slump of the concrete and the compressive strength of the base concrete is significant,and it has no significant effect on the other properties of the concrete;The influence of flexural strength is relatively significant,and it has no significant effect on the compressive strength of layered steel fiber recycled concrete.The recommended combination ratio of matrix concrete is water-binder ratio of 0.4,the replacement rate of fly ash is 10%,and the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 25%;The recommended combination of layered steel fiber recycled concrete is water-binder ratio of 0.4,fly ash replacement rate of 20%,recycled aggregate replacement rate of 50%,and steel fiber volume rate of 1%.
