The R & D Building Research And Design Of Xi'an Noble Rare Metal Material Co.,Ltd.

With the rapid development of science and technology,all kinds of scientific and technological enterprises also demand higher standards on the upgrade,simple experiment space has been unable to meet the development of science and technology,comprehensive experiment,research and development,testing,communication,negotiation and other functions in one of the R & D building came into being.Its function synthesis makes research and development building rise from the former subordinate status to the leading position.It not only represents the image of an enterprise,but also becomes the central hub of the whole enterprise operation,and plays an important role.This paper first defines the research object of the research,production and development of the development of the building to make comprehensive summary,and the type of research building on the basis of literature on the definition of the concept,put forward the purpose and significance of this research,this research framework and method making.Then through the analysis of the investigation of a large number of domestic and foreign outstanding R & D building case(plane function,space design,image),summarized the influence factors and the development trend of architectural design research,design and development of in-depth study of the building function and organization relationship and the main function of space,the paper summarizes the design strategies of enterprise development building.Combined with the engineering practice the author participated in the project of Xi'an Noble thin building design precious metal materials Co.Ltd.comprehensive research and development,through the research on the formation of the scheme,analysis met in the design process of this project in the problems and solutions and process.In order to investigate the design methods for the development of our country building of modern science and technology enterprises,hope to promote the development and feedback on the role of the building,and the objectivity of explanation of some experience in the design process and found the problem,hope for the future development of architectural design to provide reference.
