Supercritical thermal power generating units with low coal consumption rate.high technology content.excellent environmental performance characteristics.In recent years to become the main unit of thermal power generation.The water supply control system is one of the important control systems of the supercritical once-through boiler.The quality of the water supply regulation is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the boiler soda system.The control strategy and design of the water supply system of the supercritical unit are important for the stable operation of the unit basis.Because the dynamic characteristics of the production process of supercritical thermal power units have the characteristics of large delay.large inertia.nonlinearity and time-varying.It is a very complicated object.Therefore,this paper takes the 2×1000MW supercritical unit of Guomao Board Power Plant as the research object.and carries on the DCS design of the water supply control and control system.The DCS of the control strategy and the on-site commissioning of the control system.These three aspects carry out the water supply control system of the supercritical unit Detailed research and analysis.Through the domestic water control strategy of similar units and combined with the actual characteristics of Guotou board power plant.the final selection of the intermediate point enthalpy correction of the water ratio of water supply control strategy.A water supply control system was designed by using the Emerson OVATION control system.In the actual site from the start of the unit to dry and wet state transition to full load operation of the three stages of the water supply control system were carried out debugging work.In this paper.the Guotong board power plant 1000 MW supercritical generating unit Unit 1 at 20:20 on August 23.20:10 high standard to complete the 168 hours trial operation.Unit 2 also at 20:20 on October 17.2016.The successful completion of 168 hours of full load continuous operation.The official transfer trial production.Through the research and analysis of this paper.It can make some reference for the design of domestic water supply control system.
