Masonry structure is one of the widely used structure types at home and abroad.Relative to other types of structure,it has a lot of their own advantages,but because of its seismic performance is relatively weak,masonry structure in seismic fortification application by certain restrictions.In recent years,the actual seismic damage controlled results show that the masonry structure may have good seismic performance,especially under the window wall masonry structure before the window between the wall damage.Many scholars at home and abroad has set up a file in the recent earthquake damage investigation discovered this phenomenon,and preliminarily constructed according to the results of the survey theory of multi-story masonry structure failure mode.This paper will through the multi-story masonry structure of open hole in the wall of experimental study on the whole,verify the understanding of multi-story masonry structure failure mode,and further reveal the damage law of masonry structure under seismic action,lay the foundation for further theoretical study.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the reasonable finite element analysis method,and analyze the mechanics of the whole open wall of the masonry structure to determine the geometrical and mechanical Parameter,which provides the basis for the experimental design of the whole wall of masonry structure.(2)According to the idea of hree failure modes,three pieces of open-walled wall specimens with no ribs and no-ring girder are fabricated,and the quasi-static low-cycle reciprocating horizontal loading test is carried out.Performance of static low-cycle reciprocating horizontal load.(3)Summarize and analyze the experimental data to verify the theory of the failure model of the multi-story masonry structure wall which is based on the seismic damage survey results,and further quantitatively reveal the failure law of the multi-layer masonry structure wall.The results show that the finite element analysis model can accurately reflect the mechanical behavior of the masonry structure under the action of the earthquake,and the three different failure modes are all in the experiment.And the relative stiffness ratio of the window wall and the window wall is the main factor that affects the failure mode of the whole wall of the multi-storey masonry structure.The results are as follows: Further theoretical research has laid a better foundation.
