The choice of cold source scheme for regional cooling system is an important link in the design of regional cooling system.The choice of cold source scheme is related to the initial investment,operating cost,and operating energy consumption of the whole system and its influence on the environment.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the cold source scheme of the regional cooling system objectively and comprehensively and determine the reasonable scheme under the direction of the idea of sustainable development which is important to the further optimization and development of the regional cooling system.Taking the representative city Chongqing in the hot summer and cold winter zone as the research object in this paper,the typical public building model is established in this region,and the optimization of cold source schemes for regional cooling system of typical public buildings is studied.The four cold source schemes are compared and analyzed from economy,technology and environment.The analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analysis the influence of economy,technology and environment on the choice of cold source scheme.Finally,the optimal ranking of four cold source schemes is obtained.For the economic analysis of four cold source schemes,first three types of public buildings: the office building,the shopping mall and the hotel building are established and the cooling load of theirs is calculated.Based on cooling load,the initial investment and the operating cost of four cold source schemes are calculated.The operating cost of the absorption of refrigeration units is least by comparing the initial investment of four cold source schemes,so as the operating cost.The analysis on the economic index which is adopted the method of present value cost shows that the ice storage is the most economical scheme.For the technical analysis of four cold source schemes,starting from energy conversation efficiency,combined with the use of the primary energy,the primary energy utilization rate which can reflect both the use of energy and the energy conversation.From which the highest primary energy conversation of the scheme of combined cooling heating and power can be obtained,then the technical index evaluated the cool source scheme.The analysis on the influence of four cool source schemes on environment which is adopted the synthetic evaluation method shows that the comprehensive evaluation value is the least.Finally the analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analysis the influence of economy,technology and environment on the choice of cold source scheme,according to the different importance of the index,the optimal ranking of the four cold source schemes under different conditions is obtained.When the economic indicators are more important,the ice storage scheme is the best;when the technical indicators or environmental indicators is more important,the combined cooling,heating and power is the best.
