| At present,the proportion of multistory buildings in the types of buildings is still high in our country.So,it is meaningful to choose multistory building structure for construction.In this paper,as an example of a six layer of student dormitory building of xi’an University of Architecture and Technology Caotang campus,three kinds of structure scheme,such as masonry structure,reinforced concrete frame structure and reinforced concrete shear wall structure had been calculated and reinforced by using PKPM structure design software,which according to the current national relevant specification.And then,structure mode and structure displacement were compared amount of this three structure scheme.Furthermore,the SAUSAGE structure analysis software were also used to analyze the elastic-plastic time of the frame structure and shear wall structure under the action of the earthquake,and compared the two kinds of structure under severe earthquake seismic performance.According to the construction project quota,the construction cost were analyzes and compared of the above three kinds of structure forms of engineering solutions,and the differences of the three kinds of structure forms of cost structure and causes of the price was also analysis.Meanwhile,the aspects of ease of construction,the construction cycle,the use of the building function performance had been carried on the comprehensive comparison,analyzes the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of structure type selection.For concluded,the reinforced concrete shear wall structure is the best suitable for this kind of multi-storey building structure scheme. |
