In recent years,with the rapid development of cities,the disadvantages of the traditional directly buried city municipal pipelines has become increasingly prominent,there are some phenomenons such as "road excavation" and "complicated overhead pipeline" which is more and more serious,the utility tunnel has become the inevitable choice of urban construction and social development taken as a city pipeline laying mode which is modern and intensive,therefore,what is the necessary requirement in the process of planning and construction that vigorously promote the urban utility tunnel in modern city.A scientific and reasonable route selection of utility tunnel in new urban districts,which is not only conducive to the realization of the maximization versatility that can give full play to the advantages of the urban utility tunnel,but also can improve economic efficiency and save construction and operating costs.The paper studies the route selection of the urban utility tunnel from the quantitative point of view based on the characteristics as well as considered the main factors that are related to the route selection in the new urban districts.(1)The main factors of route selection and the advantages of the construction of the utility tunnel has been discussed,the characteristics and general principles of line selection were summarized from the qualitative point of view,in order to guide the route selection of utility tunnel in new urban districts.(2)Based on the analysis of urban general planning,control detailed planning and special planning of various types of pipelines,this paper analyzed the factors suchas urban functional zoning,the layout of construction land,urban development plan,planning population scale and land use type,the user pipeline demands and the land development intensity of the new urban districts were taken into account,the used of mathematical methods of the existing planning data for scientific processing,ultimately the user demand urgency index of utility tunnel was quantified and the needs distribution and urgency of the planning area urban utility tunnel was cleared,which is preparation in advance for the quantitative study of the utility tunnel location.(3)Location Theory was used to build location optimization model of the rectilinear center trajectory of utility tunnel and to obtain the location of utility tunnel,the influence of the user demand urgency on the route selection of the utility tunnel urgency was fully considered,based on the assumption that the rectilinear center trajectory of utility tunnel is a continuous multi-segment line consisting of multiple vertical lines and horizontal lines,taking aim at minimizing the weighted distance to given points in the plane,the route selection of rectilinear center trajectory of utility tunnel is realized from the quantitative point of view,it provides a theoretical basis for the quantitative study of the utility tunnel location.(4)Summing up the experience based location optimization model of the rectilinear center trajectory of utility tunnel and considering the user demand urgency on the route selection of the utility tunnel in new urban districts,the paper put into construction suitability of road sections,combined with the network form irregular,proposed a route selection model of utility tunnel in new urban districts that the network form irregular,solved the optimal service line,which enhanced the applicability and the practicability of the route selection model.(5)In this paper,the analysis was discussed — Danfeng County town utility tunnel line selection,described the detailed implementation steps and the concrete content of the utility tunnel line selection model in new urban district proposed in the paper,verified the feasibility and practicability of the model.This paper is a preliminary attempt to quantitative research on route selection of utility tunnel in new urban districts,provides innovative ideas for quantitative study for route selection of urban utility tunnel,at the same time,gives directions for the line reasonably selection and scientific guidance to the layout planning of the utility tunnel in new urban districts.
