| In order to carry out the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of atmospheric pollution,improve the quality of atmospheric environment,protect the ecological environment,the construction of the sustainable development of the economy,discharge huge thermal power industry,the state and local government introduced a series of more stringent thermal power industry emissions standards and control measures.In the thermal power industry,the nitrogen oxides produced by the combustion of coal can not be discharged into the atmosphere,which can cause serious environmental problems such as air pollution and acid rain.Because of the power plant denitration transformation project involves a lot of qualitative and quantitative,determine and uncertain factors.Therefore,how to combine the actual operation of industrial production,in the denitration transformation project into the implementation phase,to take a scientific and rational method of program design and comprehensive evaluation has become the primary problem.This paper reviews the current literature on denitrification transformation technology,comprehensive evaluation theory and related policies at home and abroad,and based on the actual operation situation of XX power plant,further on denitration transformation theory,the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides and comprehensive evaluation theory is suitable for thermal power plants in China are analyzed,and the realization of XX power plant 7,No.8 unit denitration renovation project for scientific design purposes;in addition,in order to demonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme,taking into account the denitration renovation project involves many qualitative and quantitative factors,decided to establish a comprehensive evaluation of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the system.And choose the technical indicators,economic indicators,environmental indicators as evaluation indexes,using scientific and reasonable methods of its environmental benefits and social Comprehensive evaluation of benefits and economic benefits.Through the analysis and study of XX denitrification plant transformation project 7,8 units under the premise of ensuring safe and normal operation under the effective control of emissions of nitrogen oxides,can reduce the pollution of the environment,the sustainable development of economic goals.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of the project,and provides a reference for the research of the project of denitration transformation of other power plants for the XX power plant denitration transformation project. |
