As a kind of rigid-flexible space steel structure,the suspended-dome structure is fully integrated with the advantages of single-layer latticed shell and cable dome structure.On the one hand,as the cable-strut system can support the upper single-layer latticed shell,the stability of the upper single-layer reticulated shell will be effectively improved;On the other hand,the combination of the upper single-layer reticulated shell and the lower cable bar system can give full play to the mechanical properties of the high-strength cable and other materials,it can effectively reducing the dependence of the dome structure on the substructure,thus increasing the structure space spanning ability.The stretch-draw forming suspended-dome structure has the advantage that other structures do not have,however,with the suspended-dome structure design span growing,the construction of suspended-dome structure will become more difficult.Therefore,the study on the simulation analysis and monitoring of large span suspended-dome structure construction process has important significance and practical engineering value to ensure the safety and quality of the construction.On the project background of Houjie Gymnasium suspended-dome structure,through simulation and monitoring of the whole process of construction,this paper want puts forward a reference for the construction process control of the same type structure.Firstly,based on the existing design data of the roof structure of Houjie Gymnasium,the finite element analysis model of the roof structure was established by the finite element analysis software,Midas Gen and ANSYS.The selection of unit type,simplification of boundary conditions and other points involved in the model establishment process were described.In order to solve the problem of initial tension in the process of the simulation,two calculation method were described respectively from the aspects of the linear equation and the nonlinear iterative.And then,according to the Houjie Gymnasium Engineering practice,the calculation results of these two methods were analyzed and compared respectively.Secondly,based on the existing finite element analysis model,according to its existing construction scheme,the whole process of prestressed tension construction was simulated and analyzed.In addition,based on the finite element analysis results,the variation rules of the displacement and stress along the long axial direction of the structure are presented,as well as the change rule in the construction stage.In addition,in actual construction phase,the displacement and stress of Houjie Gymnasium suspended-dome structure were obtained by monitoring.On the one hand,by comparing the measured values with the theoretical values,the reliability of the theoretical analysis results was verified;On the other hand,whether the tensioning construction meet the design requirements are evaluated.Finally,after the accomplishment of the tensioning of Houjie Gymnasium suspended-dome structure,the effects of the temperature on the structure are discussed from theoretical analysis side and practical monitoring side.The stress pattern of steel members under the four diurnal temperature difference were drawn,which provides a reference for the studying of stress response under temperature action.
